routine not a routine

Somedays ago we all needed a break from our work and hectic schedule . Then a pandemic named COVID19 occured which was unknown but dangerous for everyone in the entire world. TO TAKE PRECAUTIONS GOVERNMENT DECIDED TO DO LOCKDOWN but what was lockdown we had never heard about this even in movies. In its debut  it made us bore and intrestingly and unknowingly we are habitual to it.
For us Sunday and Monday , day and night are same and our routine is no routine except eating and sleeping 😴 any time.
But not mine it seems to be an opportunity to me as due to my  busy schedule  I have not get enough time for myself.so I decided not to waste the time as time is everything so waste it wisely. In my routine I ensured some following points :
1. A proper sleeping pattern ( minimum 8 hours)
2.fitness 
3. Meditation learning 
4. Reading 20 pages daily
5. Good nutrition
6. Learning a new skill ( dance)
7. Plannings for work in future
8. Maintain positive decorum in home
9. Not sitting idol
10. Self grooming
just these are the few things I personally do during this lockdown . You can also start as " it's never too early nor too late it's on time" and I bet you will love to do it regularly once you  started   . Utilise your time don't waste it by just eating , sleeping and watching gadgets their is much more to do in life and lockdown
